Warranty and Tech Support Job Description & Requirements
WARRANTY AND TECH SUPPORT
This role is the main point of contact at Commencal USA for all warranty and technical support. Commencal takes pride in helping customers, both prior to the sale and after they have been riding our bikes. The right candidate for this position will take pride in helping customers enjoy their Commencal Bikes!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to all customer inquiries related to product support, technical questions, & warranty related questions
- Initiate and complete all warranty cases for CommencalUSA
- Follow-up on all warranty cases both internally and with customers in a timely manner
- Liaison with all component brands for warranty and general support
- Compile product feedback from customers and mechanics for internal reporting
- Create monthly reports summarizing general warranties and Commencal Care
- Full time position, hours 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience with bike products required
- Candidate must be technically savvy on bike industry and current bike standards/ trends
- Ability to interact with customers professionally under all circumstances is a must
- Customer driven
- Process oriented and high organizational skills required
- Experience with sales management software and general mail clients/ Excel is a plus
