Warehouse Pick/Pack Job Description & Requirements

Fishpond has a passion for creating products that stretch the boundaries of traditional product design and set new standards for functionality. While our roots are based around the fly fishing industry, or product lives in any industry where good design, function and an environmental conscious is appreciated.

We offer a great work environment, where dogs are often found wandering the office, and good coffee is always at hand. We have a communal company garden on site, and Fridays are often welcomed with grilling on the patio. We are a small dynamic team, and while we offer a laid back environment, we all work hard and efficiently to reach our goals.

Major requirements:
-High Integrity and high Energy
-Work in a team environment
-Receive ordered goods
-Ensure adequate storage of merchandise
-Fulfill and pack orders in a timely manner
-Ensure warehouse is clean and neat. Rotate inventory to maximize efficiency.
-Prepare documents for both international and domestic LCL shipments.
-Individual will report to warehouse manager, but needs to be self motivated
-Strong positive attitude
