Store Manager - Grandin Village Location Job Description & Requirements
Cardinal has expanded its operations of a new location in Roanoke’s historic Grandin Village neighborhood. With close proximity to greenways, trails, and scenic back roads, Cardinal’s new location is designed as a true ride center. The store is 11,000 square feet with a large service department, a professional Retul bike fitting studio, and a full-service café. This store is positioned to serve the riders in the local community and to be an attraction for visitors to the area, coming to enjoy all that Roanoke has to offer in the outdoors.

This role requires the ability to make executive decisions to guide, grow, and evolve a team and business. Qualified candidates should feel comfortable working with a wide ranges of customers, from elite-level cyclists to novice and youth riders just entering the sport.
