Ski and Bike Shop Manager Job Description & Requirements

Shop Manager Position

We are looking to hire an outdoor enthusiast interested in being in management of our shop. This means working through all things with bikes, skis and customers! We strive to offer the best in customer service and expect our employees to be a team player!

Job Responsibilities:

· Strong understanding of Bike maintenance including:

o Wheel building

o Shock adjustments

o Brake adjustments

o Bike fitting

· Good understanding of Ski maintenance including:

o Ski tuning

o Binding adjustments

o Rental fitting

· Maintaining inventory levels within the necessary tools and parts to keep the shop rolling.

· Must have strong organizational skills to keep the shop area clean.

· Minimum of 2-3 years experience within another shop.

· Management experience highly preferred as well.

· Must have strong communication skills and a passion for a positive customer experience in our store.
