Sales Manager North America Job Description & Requirements

We are an ambitious, innovative Swiss outdoor clothing startup for children. We revolutionize the children's clothing market with sustainable, high-quality and thoughtfully designed functional clothing. To expand our highly motivated team, we’re looking for a

 

   Sales Manager North America 100%

 

In this exciting role, you will play an important part in developing our fast-growing, internationally active startup and will help drive the company’s goals and success.

You will play an integral part in sharing the namuk story by leading our B2B / Wholesale sales efforts in North America. You work well under pressure, you’re flexible and dependable, and you can manage multiple priorities even in hectic situations.

 

Your tasks

 

·       You are responsible for sales to B2B / Wholesale accounts in the US

·       You open up new accounts in line with our selective distribution strategy and brand positioning

·       You manage and service current accounts and ensure a premium representation of namuk at the POS in close collaboration with our global Marketing team

o   Offline through regular in-store visits, visual merchandising and in-store clinics

o   Online through proactive monitoring of online retailers’ webshops to ensure that namuk best practices are followed

·       You represent the namuk brand in the market and drive the adoption of namuk as a premium brand for outdoor clothing for children

·       You represent namuk at trade fairs and shows and are responsible to organize and set up our presences

 

Your qualifications

·       Several years of progressive experience within sales with a relevant network in B2B / Wholesale to key target accounts

·       A strong entrepreneurial mindset, keen drive for success, analytical skills

·       You are a self-starter and motivated to take on an entrepreneurial challenge

·       You are willing to travel and spend a significant amount of your time on the road (more than 60% of time)

·       You have a strong affinity to design and fashion and know what’s in style two years ahead of the mainstream

·       You have a keen eye for details and are not satisfied with the first solution to a challenge

·       You are flexible, able to work under pressure, reliable and exemplary and professional even in hectic situations

·       You are an excellent and proactive communicator

·       You are proficient in Excel, GDrive, Gmail and Asana and are familiar with CRM Tools like Hubspot or Retail Management Software like Brightpearl
