Manager - Retail Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations for our Outdoor Clothing and Gear shop. Previous management experience is necessary and a general knowledge for the outdoor industry is preferred.

Responsibilities include organizing operations, scheduling and guiding staff, monitoring stock levels, social media, customer service, and organizing promotional events. Candidates should have leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills and a general interest for the outdoors. We provide a flexible schedule, retirement plan, paid vacation, merchandise discounts and a positive, friendly work environment.

Position is 40 hours/wk, salary range $42,500 - $47,500 based on experience and capabilities.
