Regional Manager-Footwear-Northeast Job Description & Requirements
Aetrex Worldwide, a global leader in comfort shoes, orthotics, and foot-scanning technology, is seeking a dynamic footwear sales professional who will lead Aetrex brand development in the Northeast region. Aetrex’s current partners include top multi-brand footwear retailers throughout diverse channels of distribution as well as leading global footwear brands.
This region covers Pittsburgh to DC and up to the Canadian border.
The Regional Sales Manager’s principal responsibility is to drive sales growth within his or her region, developing new accounts and growing existing accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience
A Qualified Regional Sales Manager should have:
o A hunter sales mentality, a drive to produce results and competitive instincts
o Proven track record in developing and building strong sales relationships with independent retailers and regional chains in their geographic area.
o Territory sales experience in footwear industry.
o Sales leadership.
o Ability to build strong business relationships with key accounts and influence key stakeholders.
o Business acumen and problem-solving skills.
o Strong work ethic and tenacity to set and meet goals.
o Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
o Results oriented and proven accountability.
o Passion for sales and brand development.
o Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience managing a territory.
o Bachelor’s Degree
About Aetrex Worldwide, Inc.
Pay:$21-$24 a hour
Looking for Master Bike Mechanics and Technicians.
3-10 years of experience working in the bike industry.
The position calls for a high level of attention to detail and consistency. Working individually and as part of a team, extended standing, and some heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more may be expected. Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude is imperative in this position. Flexibility and a willingness to help in any way possible are needed in our small, dynamic team environment.
