Kids learn old-school outdoor skills: wilderness survival, farm craft, wild foraging, fishing, martial arts, boating, and more. Our immersive programs are filled with epic story and adventure. We do more in one day than most camps do all summer!

Available - Seasonal roles:

Seasonal roles at Trackers include Leads and Coordinators. Coordinators teach and mentor groups of kids while leads assist them. A Coordinator+ manages a team of Coordinators. Both Leads and Coordinators have Day or Overnight options.

  • Lead Educator Teach kids outdoors while sharing new skills and assisting Coordinators. Required: Enthusiasm to teach outdoors. 16 years & up. $17.25-$23.25 hourly (Day or Overnight).
  • Coordinator Educator Guide kids outdoors while also managing assistant staff. Required: 1+ years in Outdoor Education. 18 years & up. $745-$785 weekly (Day), $1,175 weekly (Overnight).
  • Coordinator+ Manage a team of Day Camp Coordinators. Required: 1+ years in Outdoor Education, 1+ years management, CDL Class B (we help you get this). 21 years & up. $940 weekly/Seasonal.

 

Available - Year-round, Full-Time roles:

Year-round roles with Trackers include supervisors. They teach school year mentoring programs, implementing its programming and overseeing assistant staff. They also plan and prepare for break camps—managing this programming for the summer. Required: 2+ years in Outdoor Education, 1+ year management, CDL Class B (we help you get this). 21 years & up. $45,760 - $51,140 yearly, PTO & full benefits.

  • Supervisor & Educator (Site)  Manage and organize break camp sites. Teach in school-year mentoring programs. 
  • Supervisor & Educator (Specialty) Manage and organize specialty teams: choose early childhood, bushcraft, farm, fishing, or outdoor adventure. Teach in school-year mentoring programs.
  • More Opportunities Additional opportunities include General Manager for growth regions and other aspects of the Trackers Leadership.

Locations:

As a seasonal educator with Trackers, you are not assigned to an officially fixed worksite.

  • Leads Meets at field site. With free shuttle usually available from Check-In/Check-Out location.
  • Interns, Coordinators & Supervisor Meets morning or afternoon at Check-In/Check-Out locations.

 

Training:

Our flexible training times going into summer accommodates school year schedules. Part of your training may occur online, while others sections are in-person and in the field. Please Note Training pays Minimum Wage. During your normal teaching and work schedule your regular pay scale applies.
