Position: eCommerce Sales Lead, Full time, On-Site at LUSA HQ, or Hybrid Remote for ideal candidate

Reports: to Mike Gann, President LOOK USA


Objective: Establish the ecommerce function as a best-in-class retailer to contribute a substantial portion of corporate revenue. Optimize direct-to-consumer (D2C) and pro customer sales. Lead LOOK USA’s efforts to directly manage Amazon and other 3rd party marketplace sales, as part of our overall sales effort and team. Generate and analyze web traffic metrics continuously to identify and react to market opportunities.

3. Manage marketplace inventory at external locations

4. Webstore Sales & Promotions

5. Site Merchandising & Maintenance


Creatively find ways to exceed our customer and stakeholder expectations while maintaining our ethics and culture of constant improvement.   



  • Minimum five years’ experience leading an ecommerce function
  • Command of sales management and retail math in online channel context
  • Technical understanding of key ecommerce and related technologies 
  • Understanding of methods to optimize consumer purchasing funnel (PPC, email & offline marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, affiliate programs?)
  • Experience with page content strategy
  • Solid experience with Amazon seller mechanics and leading strategies for store and product page optimization
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to identify potential problems and develop proactive solutions
  • Skill at multi-tasking and meeting frequent deadlines while maintaining priorities and reaching goals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Familiarity with and affinity for LOOK and Corima’s markets and product categories

This is a high visibility role for an experienced ecommerce professional to operate at the hub of Sales and Marketing to design and execute revenue generating D2C and Amazon store strategy. Guide, collaborate and provide subject matter expertise to test and prove concepts which help LOOK & Corima increase market share and revenue.
