Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of the Dometic brand strategy. S/He will deliver across businesses and tactics to propel the digital marketing plan forward across all channels. S/He will own the data entering, updating, and monitoring across projects to ensure visibility, accessibility, and accuracy is achieved. S/He will be responsible for creating and managing email, advertising and SEO timelines, assisting in budget management, and campaign management. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the team in helping curate Dometic’s brand store, online content, and enhanced images on Amazon.
Duties:
- Power the team and strategies forward by ensuring planning, calendar, and budget accuracy on all campaign projects
- Together with the digital marketing manager, help curate product pages, landing pages and blog pages to increase traffic to Dometic.com
- Together with the digital marketing manager, help curate Dometic’s brand store, online content, and enhanced images to increase traffic to Dometic listings on Amazon
- Execute the provided framework into Epi server
- Implement email marketing campaigns for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices to increase organic traffic
- Lead the execution of new customer acquisition / lead gen campaigns
- Work with finance on invoice management, from vendor setup to timely payments
- Help bring to the forefront customer-first ideas and integrations to increase engagement and sales
- Work with the marketing team to clearly identify target lists and assist web team in preparing email communication
- Execute and analyze surveys to help monitor the Dometic experience internally and externally
- Implement email campaigns in partnership with marketing team members
- Stays up to date on event and user-experience trends to continue to advance Dometic storytelling
- Maintains brand standards while delivering required content to achieve business goals
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience required
- Experience with SEO data software preferred
- Frontend development experience preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in building/coding B2B and B2C emails in broad distribution (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Customer-first mindset; what resonates with customers in different mediums
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills required
- Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude, and a good team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as necessary
- Passionate about the outdoors
- Experienced in a matrix organization
- Comfort working across all marketing organizational levels
