Adventure Guides/Outdoor Educators - Full-Time and Part-Time Job Description & Requirements
Join our awesome team at Tahoe Adventure Company! At Tahoe Adventure Company, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. TAC offers the opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic environment of outdoor enthusiasts. TAC’s company culture is first rate. Our work/life balance philosophy allows us to work hard AND play hard. Positions that are available include both full and part time. Our seasons’ ebb and flow, which allows for breaks between the busy times. Team gatherings are organized throughout the summer to create bonds with other like-minded outdoor professionals. We believe laughter helps get the job done. At TAC we work as a team, supporting each other in our roles.
We are looking for experiences Adventure Guides/Outdoor Educators, espeically Biking Guides! Full time, part time and on call work available May through October with potential for winter snowshoe guiding as well. Candidates must possess 1 years of guiding/outdoor education experience, Wilderness Advanced First Aid or higher, and working knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe area and recreation. We place emphasis on leadership, risk management, human powered adventures and customer service experience and have a preference for those who have guided commercially in the past. Daily rate based on experience.

Compensation starts at $120+/ trip plus gratuity. Job includes sick time, industry discounts and the opportunity to work with other outdoor enthusiasts. There is potential to work year-round guiding snowshoe tours and team building programs in the winter.
