Customer Service Representative Job Description & Requirements

The primary functions of the Tifosi Customer Service Representative are 1) accepting and entering all orders called or emailed into Tifosi 2) answer inbound calls and 3) make outbound sales calls

Responsibilities:

· Answer phone calls

· On a daily basis work the open order report.

· Enter daily orders.

· Make certain assigned accounts have appropriate POP and retail staff training collateral.

· Execute timely follow-up on all requests made by phone or e-mail from assigned accounts.

· Assist in the new account set-up process.

· Communicate new product introduction information to assigned accounts.

· Accurately and regularly update and maintain customer contact cards. This is a vital function in order for all Tifosi associates to be able to contact the appropriate person at any of your assigned accounts.

· Collaborate with all internal Tifosi departments in order to maximize account service levels, disseminate market trend data, share competitor information and provide input into development of appropriate products.

· Prepare and constructively contribute to the weekly sales meeting

· Other related duties as requested by management
